At VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc., we want every customer to have a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. This Buy & Return Policy explains the terms that apply when purchasing our music, merchandise, digital products, and other products or services through our official channels.

1. Purchases

All purchases made through VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. are subject to the product description, price, availability, and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Before completing an order, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Product format
• Size, color, or variation where applicable
• Price and applicable charges
• Delivery information
• Digital or physical product status

Once an order has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed, the order may begin processing immediately.

2. Digital Products & Music

Digital products, including but not limited to:

• Music
• Albums and EPs
• Digital downloads
• Exclusive digital content
• Digital artwork
• Online content

are generally non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If you experience a technical problem with a digital purchase, please contact us with your order information so we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or other suitable solution.

3. Physical Merchandise

Eligible physical merchandise may be returned or exchanged if it is:

• Defective
• Damaged upon arrival
• Incorrectly shipped
• Significantly different from the product description

Items should generally be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags where applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return:

• Downloaded digital products
• Accessed digital content
• Personalized or customized merchandise
• Limited-edition items identified as final sale
• Used merchandise
• Products damaged through customer misuse
• Gift cards or promotional credits

5. Return Request Period

For eligible physical products, customers should contact VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Return requests submitted after this period may be declined unless applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name
• Description of the problem
• Photos or video of the damaged product and packaging where applicable

We will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued through the original payment method where technically possible.

Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions.

8. Exchanges

Where an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be shipped subject to availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

• An alternative product
• Store credit
• A refund

as appropriate.

9. Return Shipping

If the return is caused by our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective product, VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. may cover reasonable return shipping costs.

For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

10. Promotional & Sale Items

Products purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special campaigns may have different return conditions. Any special conditions will be displayed at the time of purchase.

11. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. reserves the right to investigate suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive transactions.

Orders may be cancelled or refunds withheld where permitted by law if there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity.

12. Changes to This Policy

VTrack Studios Entertainment Inc. may update this Buy & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published through our official channels.
