This Agreement is between Fabilive (“Fabilive”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”) and any person or business using Fabilive as a Buyer, Seller/Merchant, Delivery Provider, or Ambassador (“you”, “your”).

By creating an account or using Fabilive, you agree to the terms below.

FABILIVE PLATFORM

Fabilive is an online marketplace and multi-service platform that connects buyers with sellers and service providers. Services may include:

• Digital products (music, videos, eBooks, exclusive content, including many other downloadable files)

• Hotels and Guest houses

• Bus and Transport Reservations

• Delivery Services

• Referral and Ambassador Programs

• Physical products

1. BUYERS

Buyers agree to:

• Provide accurate account and delivery information.

• Pay for products or services they order.

• Use the platform honestly and lawfully.

• Follow Fabilive's refund, cancellation, and return policies.

• Not commit fraud, abuse the platform, or manipulate reviews.

Buyers are responsible for checking product and service information before completing an order or reservation.

1. SELLERS & SERVICE PROVIDERS

Sellers and service providers agree to:

• Provide accurate product, service, price, and availability information.

• Sell only lawful and approved products or services.

• Own or have legal rights to sell digital products. (It is illegal to sell digital products that you do not own or have the legal right to distribute.)

• Fulfill confirmed orders and reservations.

• Communicate professionally with customers.

• Follow Fabilive's policies and applicable laws.

Sellers may include physical-product sellers, digital-product sellers, hotels, guest houses, bus operators, and other approved service providers.

Fabilive may request identification, business documents, or payout information for verification.

1. DELIVERY PROVIDERS

Delivery providers agree to:

• Deliver orders safely and within the agreed delivery period.

• Handle customer products with reasonable care.

• Provide accurate delivery and status information.

• Communicate with buyers and sellers when necessary.

• Follow Fabilive's delivery procedures.

Delivery providers must not open, steal, damage, misuse, or unlawfully retain customer or seller property.

1. AMBASSADORS & REFERRAL PROGRAM

Fabilive Ambassadors are responsible for promoting Fabilive and referring new users through approved referral methods.

Ambassadors agree to:

• Use only their assigned referral link or code.

• Promote products on Fabilive honestly.

• Not create fake accounts or use fraudulent referrals.

• Not make false promises about Fabilive or referral rewards.

• Follow the Fabilive Referral Program rules.

Referral rewards are earned only when the required conditions set by Fabilive are completed. Fabilive may reject fraudulent or invalid referrals and may change or terminate the referral program upon notice.

1. MRP — MARKETPLACE RUNNING & MAINTENANCE FEE

Fabilive may apply an MRP (Marketplace Running & Maintenance Fee) to products and services listed on the platform.

The MRP is a platform fee that helps support the operation, maintenance, development, security, hosting, payment systems, customer support, marketing, technology, and other costs required to run and improve Fabilive.

The MRP may be:

• Added to the selling price of eligible products or services.

The applicable MRP rate may vary depending on the product category, service, country, promotional program, or other platform conditions.

Sellers and service providers are responsible for reviewing the applicable MRP before listing or selling their products and services on Fabilive.

Fabilive may change the MRP when necessary to support the continued operation and development of the platform. Where required, users will be notified of significant changes.

Important: The MRP is a Fabilive platform charge and is separate from the seller's own product cost, profit, delivery charges, taxes, or other applicable fees. The MRP is automatically added to the active price before your listing is live.

By listing products or services on Fabilive, sellers and service providers acknowledge and agree that the applicable MRP may be included in transactions processed through the platform.

1. FEES & PAYMENTS

Fabilive may charge applicable:

• Marketplace or service fees

• Listing or promotional fees

• Reservation fees

• Delivery fees

• Other approved platform charges

Payment and withdrawal methods may include bank accounts, mobile money, cards, wallets, or other approved payment providers. Settlement times may vary by country and payment method.

1. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All parties agree to follow Fabilive's applicable refund, return, cancellation, and dispute policies.

Sellers and service providers are responsible for fulfilling confirmed orders and reservations unless a valid cancellation is approved.

1. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

• Commit fraud or financial abuse.

• Sell illegal or prohibited products.

• Upload or sell content they do not have rights to distribute.

• Provide false information.

• Manipulate ratings, reviews, orders, or referrals.

• Use Fabilive for unlawful activities.

• Attempt to damage or misuse the platform.

1. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users retain ownership of their trademarks, products, and original content.

By submitting content to Fabilive, you give Fabilive permission to display, use, and promote that content as reasonably necessary to operate and market the platform.

1. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

Fabilive may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for fraud, policy violations, illegal activity, repeated complaints, failure to fulfill orders, or other serious misuse of the platform.

Users may request to close their accounts subject to outstanding orders, payments, disputes, or other obligations.

1. PLATFORM ROLE & LIABILITY

Fabilive provides the marketplace and connection between users. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fabilive does not own most products listed by sellers and is not the direct provider of most third-party goods or services.

Sellers, service providers, delivery providers, buyers, and ambassadors remain responsible for their own actions and obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fabilive is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party products, services, deliveries, reservations, or user activities.

1. GOVERNING TERMS

All users must comply with applicable laws and Fabilive's current platform policies. Fabilive may update its policies and terms when necessary and will provide notice where required.

ACCEPTANCE

By registering, ordering, selling, delivering, providing services, or participating in the Fabilive Ambassador/Referral Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
