• The item is damaged or defective upon delivery,
• The order was not fulfilled.

Refunds may be issued through:

• Original payment method,
• Alternative agreed method (e.g., mobile money),

Fabilive may intervene in disputes, but does not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.
