Products You Must Not Sell

The following are strictly prohibited on Fabilive unless you have explicit legal authorization:

• Copyrighted eBooks without permission.
• Pirated software or applications.
• Movies, music, videos, or images you do not own.
• Canva templates, graphics, fonts, or digital assets without resale rights.
• AI-generated content that violates another person's copyright.
• Any digital product copied, modified, or redistributed without the owner's permission.

Legal Consequences

Selling digital products that you do not own—or do not have the legal right to sell—is against the law. Copyright infringement is a serious legal offense and may result in:

• Immediate removal of the product.
• Suspension or permanent termination of your Fabilive account.
• Loss of earnings related to the infringing product.
• Reports to the rightful copyright owner.
• Civil lawsuits, financial damages, and other legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Fabilive reserves the right to cooperate with copyright owners, legal authorities, and law enforcement agencies when investigating violations of intellectual property rights.

Buyer Protection

If you believe a product listed on Fabilive infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please report it immediately. We investigate all valid complaints and will take appropriate action where necessary.
